Shipping & Delivery
We only offer items for sale that are in stock. The items will be shipped to you directly from warehouses within Europe. Most items are usually delivered within 4-5 working days from when you place your order but occasionally they make take up to two weeks to arrive. Please bear this in mind when deciding to purchase from us.

Total Satisfaction – your right to cancel as a consumer
Should you be unhappy with any item you purchase from JAQTrading simply return it to us (within fourteen days of receipt) and we’ll refund the cost of the goods in full. Should you wish to return an item to us please note the following:

• Goods must be returned to us in pristine condition and with all original product packaging and accessories
• Unwanted items not notified to us within fourteen days of receipt may not be accepted back for refund or may be subject to additional fees

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel a contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Please note that business to business transactions are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations returns policy

Faulty Products
If you think a product supplied by us is faulty or has developed a fault within the warranty period please contact us. Very often we can diagnose and advise solutions without the need to return goods to us. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded accordingly and you will be kept informed at all times. Should the goods be deemed not faulty after testing we will contact you and do our best to help you through the installation and set-up procedure as required. Charges may apply for the expense of returning items and you will be advised should this be the case.

Returns Procedure
If you need to send any item back to us please package the product such that it will not be damaged in transit (and so that the items own retail packaging is not damaged) and send it to the address below. For your protection we strongly advise you to use a postage method that provides proof of delivery. Please include your name address, copy of your receipt and a quick note to say why you’ve returned the item and what action you would like us to take.

Important – please note:
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Delivery charges other than our standard delivery (for example next day, Saturday delivery and overseas delivery) form part of a separate contract for service which may not be cancelled once executed. The Distance Selling Regulations and right to cancel do not apply to Business to Business transactions.

Prices
All prices are correct at time of publication, (E and O E). All prices are for payment with order and we make NO surcharges for credit card payments.

VAT
JAQtrading is not registered for VAT and there is no recoverable VAT element in the goods that we supply.

Delivery
We only advertise good for sale that we have in stock ourselves or we that we know are in stock with our suppliers. Orders are usually processed and goods dispatched on the day we receive the order (or as soon as the goods are available). We will always inform you in the event of any lengthy delay. We offer free delivery to all UK addresses.

Deliveries to Non-UK addresses
Orders for delivery outside the UK will be sent by airmail. The price varies according to weight and location and will be conveyed to you at time of order. We will only ship to verified addresses that align with the payment method used.

Warranty
All the products we sell are covered by a 12-month (return to base) guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Liability
JAQtrading shall not be liable in any respect of defects in goods supplied for any injury, loss or damage resulting from such defects. Whilst every effort is made to deliver goods in accordance with the stated timescales, we do not accept any liability for consequential losses incurred by late delivery of the goods.

Errors and Omissions
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in our web site and literature is correct, no responsibility for errors or omissions can be accepted. Wherever possible we have included a picture of each product. Whilst this is intended to aid your selection we cannot guarantee true likeness of product colours or size.
